- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 cubes cheese (mozzarella / cheddar)

- First, heat 2 tsp oil in a large kadai and sauté 1 garlic clove, 1 inch ginger, 1 green chilli, and 2 tbsp onion.
- Now add 2 cups palak and sauté until it shrinks.
- Cool the mixture completely before transferring it to the blender.
- Add water as needed to make a smooth paste. Make sure you don't add any more water.
- Put the palak puree in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons corn flour, and 1/4 teaspoon salt
- To make a dough, combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. If the dough is too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
- Grease your hands with oil and form a ball of dough.
- Gently press to flatten.
- Place a small cube of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) on top and bring the edges together.
- Seal well and form a crack-free ball. Otherwise, the cheese will melt and make a mess while baking or frying.
- Further deep fry in medium hot oil or bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Stir occasionally without breaking up the cheeseballs until they become crisp.
