  • 2 cups maida / plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp  baking soda
  • 1 tsp  baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp  salt
  • 2 tbsp  oil
  • 1/4 cup  curd / yogurt
  • 1 tsp  garlic
  • water  (for kneading)

for garlic butter:

  • 3 tbsp  butter  (melted)
  • 1 tsp  garlic  (grated)
  • 2 tbsp  coriander  (finely chopped)


  • To begin, combine 2 cups maida, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon salt in a large mixing bowl. Combine thoroughly.
  • 2 tablespoons oil, 1/4 cup curd, and 1 teaspoon garlic
  • Mix thoroughly to ensure that everything is well combined.

  • Grease the dough with oil, cover it, and set it aside for 2 hours.
