- 2 cups maida / plain flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup curd / yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic
- water (for kneading)

- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic (grated)
- 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
- To begin, combine 2 cups maida, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon salt in a large mixing bowl. Combine thoroughly.
- 2 tablespoons oil, 1/4 cup curd, and 1 teaspoon garlic
- Mix thoroughly to ensure that everything is well combined.
