 ¼ cup Carrots (finely chopped)
 ½ cup Cabbage (grated)
 ¼ cup Peas
 ¼ cup Sweetcorn
 ¼ cup Corn Kernels
 ¼ cup Beans
 1 tbsp Corn Flour
 3 Sprigs of Spring Onions
 ¼ cup Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
 3 cups Water
Spices
 ½ tbsp Garlic (minced)
 ½ tbsp Ginger (chopped)
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Sugar
 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
 ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes or Paprika
 ½ tsp Oregano Powder

Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.

In a frying pan, heat the oil.

Cook for a minute after adding the ginger, garlic, and spring onions.

Sauté all of the vegetables for 2-3 minutes on high heat.

To cook the vegetables, add water to the sautéed vegetables and cover the pan with a lid.

Combine the corn kernels and quinoa with the slightly boiled vegetables.

Separately, in a small bowl, combine the corn starch and water.

Pour the corn starch into the vegetable once it begins to boil in water.

Continue to stir the broth until it thickens.
