Veg Chowmein Recipe

Veg Chowmein is a traditional Indian street food recipe made with thin rice noodles tossed with sliced vegetables It is essentially an Indian version or Indo-Chinese cuisine recipe with many ingredients and a style inherited from Asian cuisine. It’s a great party starter or appetiser recipe that can be served without any sides but goes well with any manchurian gravy.

Indo-Chinese recipes originated on the streets of Kolkata, but have since taken over the Indian cuisine. It began with just fried rice and noodles and has since adapted all of the variations and extensions of Asian cuisine. The chowmein recipe is one of them, and the adapted version is the vegetarian chow mein recipe, which is loaded with vegetables and spices.

In addition, some additional tips and variations to the vegetarian chow mein recipe. First and foremost, vegetable chopping or cutting is critical for this recipe. It must be sliced lengthwise but thinly so that it can be tossed over a high flame and easily cooked. Furthermore, you can add any vegetables of your choice. Second, I would strongly advise using dry noodles and boiling them to cook. When tossed, avoid using ready-to-wok noodles as they may break and become mushy. Finally, if you don’t want to add all of the Indian spices one by one, you can use just one garam masala. This should be slightly more effective than the other spices combined, but it should be fine.
