 300 ml condensed milk
 1 cup milk powder
 2 tbsp ghee
 1 cup water
 1 tsp powdered green cardamom
 12 pistachios
for garnishing
 silver vark as required
 1 cup almonds

Produce the milk powder dough -
In a large mixing bowl, combine milk powder and powdered milk. Using these ingredients, make a stiff dough. Once completed, place the dough in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

Grease a pan with ghee and grate the dough -
In a mixing bowl, grate the dough. Set aside the grated dough for later use. Heat the ghee in a deep-bottomed pan over a low flame.

Cardamom is added to the grated dough during the cooking process -
Add the grated dough and water to this pan. In the pan, combine the ingredients and stir in the cardamom powder. Cook until the water evaporates and the mixture accumulates in the centre of the pan.

Before serving, garnish with silver varq and almonds -
Place the prepared mixture in a greased baking dish and top with almonds and pistachios. Allow the mixture to cool before cutting the barfi into desired shapes. Serve garnished with silver varq!
